Holy Week Prayer Guide

Intro / Overview:

Prayer:
Starting on Monday of Holy Week, April 3rd at 8pm we will be meeting over zoom for a time of pray together as a faith family. Please join us in interceding for our church, our  neighbors, our country and the nations.

Fasting:
Jesus assumes upon the idea that his followers will fast. Fasting is not an obligation that Jesus requires but an opportunity to fix our hearts, minds, and even stomachs on Him in prayer. On the night that Jesus was betrayed, he told his disciples, “Watch and pray…” Let us go and do likewise. Please join us from sundown on Maundy Thursday (4/6) to sundown on Good Friday (4/7) in fasting and prayer as we reflect upon the life, death, and resurrection of Christ. If you have questions about what fasting is or how to do it, please reach out to Ryan. This article is a helpful tool as well.
