There will be guided training in all areas of church ministry and mission.

The Internship will be about 20 hours per week. There will be a $1,000/month stipend for the internship, with an increase for those who move onto the residency portion of the training. This position would require a bi-vocational approach, ideally living and working within the Parker community.

  • The internship includes a small living stipend as well as learning materials and trainings.

  • Those interested will need to be located or willing to relocate to the Parker area for the duration of the nine months.

  • Someone who is passionate about the gospel spreading through church planting around the globe.

  • Someone who is humble, teachable, and passionate about personal, professional, and spiritual development.

  • Someone who is willing to take on many of the behind-the-scenes tasks involved in the operation of the church.

  • Someone who joyfully affirms Redemption Parker's vision, mission, and Statement of Faith.
